During the mandatory closure of non essential business; The Vape Store will be adopting the following procedures for order processing to protect our Employees and our Customers.

Whitby

• You can order at the door in person and pay at door by DEBIT / CREDIT TAP (We are not accepting cash during the lockdown)

Oshawa

• You can place your order online for pickup at our Oshawa location
• You can order at the door in person and pay at door by DEBIT / CREDIT TAP (We are not accepting cash during lockdown)

*Note when ordering Online, the option for pickup is after you enter your address; you will need to enter your address to get to the pickup option; don't worry we will not ship to your address once you select PICKUP.

If you select Pickup; you are not required to wait for a pickup notification; your order will be ready for pickup approximately 20 minutes after you order

We hope that you understand the measures we have put in place; while we want to maintain your access to vaping products we need to do so in a way that keeps our Customers / Employees and everyone's family safe; these steps have been created to eliminate as much exposure as possible.
